ABOUT US:
Noguchi Patent Attorney Japan was founded by Richard Y. Noguchi. At Graduate
School of Stanford University, he studied in a managerial training course
for engineers of high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. After returning
to Japan, he engaged in a project as an engineer as well as a patent attorney
to develop the bullet train called Shinkansen Series 500. Having completed
the project, he worked for Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation to instruct
about Japanese Shinkansen technology. Then he worked at another IP firm
in Osaka before the foundation of this firm.
